1 About Us & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a digital services platform offering PAN card services, KYC verification, recharge, Insurance & utility services across India.

By accessing, registering on, or using in any capacity — whether as a Retailer, Distributor, White Label Partner, or any other registered role — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers on the Platform, including Retailers, Distributors, Master Distributors, and White Label Partners.
• "Wallet" refers to the prepaid balance maintained within a User's account on the Platform, used to transact for services.
• "Service Provider" refers to any third-party API partner, bank, or government body (e.g. UTIITSL, NSDL, NPCI) through which the Platform delivers a service.
• "Transaction" refers to any recharge, bill payment, fund transfer, PAN application, or other service request initiated by a User.

3 Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, mobile number, email address, and any KYC documents requested.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• The Platform reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or reject registrations that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.
• Each User may maintain only one active account, unless explicitly permitted otherwise by the Platform for business/franchise structures (e.g. Distributor-Retailer hierarchies).

5 Wallet, Payments & Refunds

• All transactions on the Platform are processed through your Wallet balance, which must be funded in advance via approved payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, or offline deposit).
• Wallet balance is non-transferable to any account outside the Platform and does not accrue interest.
• In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your Wallet, the amount will typically be auto-reversed to your Wallet within 24–72 hours, subject to confirmation from the relevant Service Provider.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be credited back to your Platform Wallet and not to your original payment source, unless otherwise required by law.
• Any pending Wallet balance at the time of account deletion (see our Delete My Account page) will be forfeited, as stated in our account deletion process.

6 Third-Party APIs & Data Sharing

Many services offered on the Platform (e.g. PAN card processing, AePS, DMT, insurance) are delivered through integrations with third-party Service Providers and government portals (such as UTIITSL, NSDL/Protean, NPCI, and banking partners). By using these services, you consent to the necessary transfer of your data to these third parties strictly for the purpose of completing your requested transaction. is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures that originate from these third-party systems, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any such issues.

7 Commission, Charges & Taxation

• Commission structures, service charges, and activation fees are determined by the Platform (or your upline Distributor/Master Distributor, where applicable) and are subject to change with notice.
• Users are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST and income tax, arising from commissions or income earned through the Platform.
• The Platform may deduct applicable TDS or other statutory charges as required under Indian law before crediting commissions.

8 Fraud Prevention & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

• Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or facilitating fraudulent transactions.
• The Platform reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate any account showing suspicious activity, pending investigation, without prior notice.
• may report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required under applicable AML/KYC regulations.

9 Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By using the Platform, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

10 User Responsibilities

• You must ensure the accuracy of all information (mobile numbers, amounts, account details, etc.) entered before confirming any transaction — the Platform is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect data entry by the User.
• You must not share your login credentials, OTPs, or API tokens with any unauthorized third party.
• You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform, including those relating to KYC, AML, and consumer protection.
• You must promptly report any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity to our support team.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, software, and text — is the intellectual property of or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the transaction amount in question.

13 Suspension & Termination

• reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at its sole discretion for security reasons.
• You may request deletion of your own account at any time via our Delete My Account page, subject to the review process described there.
• Upon termination, any pending Wallet balance, unless otherwise resolved, will be handled as per our account deletion and refund policies.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless , its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any applicable law.

15 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where is registered/headquartered. Users are encouraged to first raise any grievance with our support team (Section 20) before pursuing legal action.

16 Amendments

reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates.

17 Force Majeure

shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet or telecom outages, bank/API downtime, or other force majeure events.

18 Communication

By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from us via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications, related to your account, transactions, and services. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting our support team.

19 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
